You own the financial data you enter into Cashy. We are custodians of that data, not owners. You can export or delete your data at any time. When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Cashy is free to use. We may introduce optional paid features in the future, but all current features will remain free. We'll give you 30 days notice before any feature becomes paid.
The AI advisor in Cashy provides general financial information based on the data you enter. It is not a licensed financial advisor, and its responses should not be treated as professional financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional for major decisions.

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the service with reasonable notice. We're not liable for data loss due to service outages — we recommend keeping personal records.
Cashy is provided "as is." We're not liable for financial decisions made based on data or insights from the app. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (which, for free users, is zero).
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified by email 14 days in advance. Continued use of Cashy after that period constitutes acceptance.
